What is included in an interim service?
Our interim service includes engine oil, an oil filter and an air filter, together with general vehicle checks. We confirm the appropriate oil and parts for your particular engine when arranging the work.

What is included in a full service?
Our full service includes the interim-service items, plus fuel and pollen filters where applicable to the vehicle. General vehicle checks are included with both packages.

Choosing the right service for your car
Your engine, mileage and previous service history help establish what work is due. If you have recently bought the car or do not have a complete history, tell us what you know about its last service.
Keep your service invoices and records so you can see which filters and other items were changed. The package name alone does not tell you everything that has been done.
General vehicle checks and existing faults
General checks are part of both service packages. If you already know about a warning light, fluid leak, unusual noise or starting problem, mention it before the appointment so we can discuss any additional investigation.
Routine servicing and diagnosing a specific fault are separate jobs. Explaining the symptoms when you book helps us agree the work and allow suitable time.
