Pearls Vehicle Services
60-day DPF cleaning warranty
1. Your cover
Included with the £325 DPF on vehicle clean package. Cover lasts 60 calendar days from completion, for the invoiced vehicle and customer only.
2. What we include
For a covered repeat blockage: one free return visit, diagnostics and one repeat clean, where safe. The original expiry date stays the same.
3. Required repairs
Faults needing repair will be identified in your report. Keep proof they were repaired. Blockages caused by those unresolved faults are excluded. An agreed non-warranty call-out costs £120; we explain charges before arranging it.
4. Exclusions
Cover excludes DPF replacement; cracked, melted or damaged filters; parts, repairs, recovery; contamination, accidents, unauthorised modifications or interference; and additional visits or cleans.
5. Claims
Contact Pearls Vehicle Services within 60 days with your registration, invoice reference, symptoms, contact details and repair evidence. We assess whether cover applies before agreeing any chargeable work.
6. Your rights
This extra warranty does not reduce your statutory rights or our responsibility for the original service.
